Not at all. Our introductory trial is designed for beginners, and instructors will help your child learn the class rhythm.
No. Coordination, strength, and endurance are skills we build over time. The most important first step is being willing to try.
The current introductory package includes four weeks, eight classes, and a uniform for $69.
Comfortable clothes and water are enough. We will explain everything else when we confirm your class.
Absolutely. The teen and adult programs welcome beginners and let you progress at an appropriate pace.
