They can be shy, energetic, unsure, uncoordinated, or completely new. Our job is to make the first step feel safe and the next one feel exciting.

Before your first class

Good questions. Straight answers.

Still wondering about something? Call us at (980) 258-8678.

Does my child need prior experience?

Not at all. Our introductory trial is designed for beginners, and instructors will help your child learn the class rhythm.

Does a student need to be athletic?

No. Coordination, strength, and endurance are skills we build over time. The most important first step is being willing to try.

What is included in the trial?

The current introductory package includes four weeks, eight classes, and a uniform for $69.

What should we bring to the first class?

Comfortable clothes and water are enough. We will explain everything else when we confirm your class.

Can adults start with no experience?

Absolutely. The teen and adult programs welcome beginners and let you progress at an appropriate pace.
